(84) passed away on March 25, 2010 in Culver City. She is predeceased by her husband of 58 years, Jack Y. Kobayashi; survived by their son, Kenneth (Ellen) Kobayashi; grandchildren, Lisa (Robert) Munley, Karen Harrington, and Bill Martel Jr.; great grandchildren, Laura and Kelly Munley, and Brodie Gibson; sisters, Fumiye Higashiyama and Mitsume (Masato) Onishi; nieces, Arlene (Larry) Ota, Colleen (Norman) Choy, Kathleen (Derrick) Yamane, and Peggy Miyagishima; nephews, Kent Higashiyama, and Randy (Susan) Onishi; also survived by many other relatives. 

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at 1:30 PM at Venice Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 12371 Braddock Drive, Culver City, CA. Additional parking will be available at the Venice Japanese Community Center, 12448 Braddock Dr., LA.
