A funeral service for Yukiko Matsumoto, 85 year-old, Tottori, Japan born Issei, who passed away on May 3, 2011 in Irvine, was held on Wednesday May 11, 2011 at Zenshuji Soto Mission , 123 S. Hewitt St., L.A. 

She is survived by her husband, Minoru Matsumoto; daughters, Michie Noma of Japan, and Kimie (Fred) Matsumoto; grandchildren, Isamu (Reiko) and Takeshi (Seiko) Noma both of Japan, Michael, Gary (Sachiko) and Karen Matsumoto; 5 great grandchildren; sister, Satsuko Kimura of Japan; brother-in-law, Hiroshi Matsumoto; sister-in-law, Kiyoye Watanabe; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives in U.S. and Japan.
